Yesterday I could work with very stinky lustres with the door to my studio open - which was much better than previously. I should really always time my lustre painting for the summer in the same way that I should time my handbuilding for the winter when everything dries so much slower in the cold which makes construction so much easier.
A couple of the shoes I'm currently working on have the most ridiculous amount of gold detailing on - not sure what I was thinking of when I designed them!
